Germany: Non residential building permits highest since December 2016

As of February 2017, the non residential building permits have risen to 3245m² in Germany, which is still -19.2% under the annual average of the year before but the highest since December 2016. The value rose 8.3% up to 3245. During the the last 10 years, the highest value was at 5098m² in June 2012 and the lowest value was 2931m² in February 2015. In comparison to the year before, the value decreased by -4.3% and compared to the January, the value increased by 8.3%.
