Germany: Non residential building permits experience 20% increase

As of March 2017, the German non residential building permits peaked at 3895m², which is  -3.1% under the annual average of the previous year, but still the highest since December 2016. The value rose 20% up to 3895. During the last 10 years the value peaked at 5098m² in June 2012 and the lowest value was reached at 2931m² in February 2015. Compared to the year before the value barely increased by 0.8% and in comparison to the last period the value increased by 20%.
