In October, 1.591 dwellings have been permitted in Macedonia. Compared to October 2017 the value increased by 71,3%. Based on this data the B+L forecast for the current year leads to a yearly growth rate of 5,1%. With the expansion of the construction industry in Macedonia, combined with the current political turmoil concerning the change of the name, we have a unique and delicate situation that leads to bigger issues. The new buildings have been permitted with an idea for bigger profits as a first priority and rumours as well as doubts about their quality have been circling this whole year. Experts suggest to watch out when purchasing new properties because safety and comfort always take precedence over looks.
