Die Industrie und der Handel haben in den vergangenen Jahren zahlreiche Maßnahmen unternommen, um die Zielgruppe der Endverbraucher anzusprechen und an Produkte bzw. Marken zu binden. In vielerlei Hinsicht ist die Sanitär- und Heizungsbranche dabei ein Vorreiter in der Bauwirtschaft, da neue Konzepte hier frühzeitig umgesetzt wurden. Doch die Zielgruppen verändern sich weiter und die Anforderungen an Produkte und Projekte differenzieren sich weiter aus. Dieser Trend lässt sich insbesondere für den Bereich der Sanierung festhalten. Doch nicht nur unterschiedliche Zielgruppen verlangen eine unterschiedliche Ansprache. Auch unterschiedliche Märkte erfordern Marketing- und Vertriebsmaßnahmen, die die jeweiligen Besonderheiten berücksichtigen.

Um eine verlässliche Datenbasis für diese Herausforderungen zu schaffen, hat die B+L Marktdaten GmbH in Zusammenarbeit mit Pankow-Perspektiven in diesem Jahr Bad- und Heizungssanierungen in Deutschland, Österreich, der Schweiz, Frankreich und Großbritannien untersucht, die von privaten Sanierern durchgeführt wurden. Dabei wurden

  • der Austausch von Heizungsanlagen und Heizkörpern
  • die Installation von Solarthermie
  • der Austausch von Badarmaturen und -keramiken
  • der Austausch von Badfliesen

als Einzelmaßnahmen betrachtet. Für die Auswertung wurden insgesamt mehr als 2.000 durchgeführte Sanierungsprojekte analysiert, die im Rahmen von Onlinebefragungen erhoben wurden. Im Ergebnis liefert der Ländervergleich weitreichende Informationen zu

  • den Sanierungszeitpunkten (Hauskauf, Umzug, Auszug der Kinder, etc.)
  • der Lebensdauer der ausgetauschten Produkte
  • den genutzten Beratern und Informationsquellen (Handwerker, Beratung im Handel, Onlinequellen, etc.)
  • den nachgefragten Produktpräferenzen (Nachhaltigkeit, Optik / Design, Haltbarkeit, etc.) und Produkten (alte Heizungsanlage – neue Heizungsanlage)
  • den Vertriebswegen beim Einkauf (Fachhandel, DIY / Baumärkte, Einkauf über den Handwerker, Online, etc.)
  • der Durchführung der Maßnahme (DIY vs. Profi)
  • den eingesetzten Budgets

sowie zur

  • Soziodemografie der Sanierer
  • Gebäudestruktur und Baujahr der Sanierungsobjekte

Auf dem Europäischen Zukunftsforum 2019 werden die wesentlichen Studienergebnisse im Ländervergleich diskutiert und Erklärungsansätze sowie Konsequenzen erläutert. Ergänzende Vorträge und die abschließende Podiumsdiskussion erläutern Veränderungen in den Distributionsstrukturen und stellen Best Practices aus der Branche vor.
