France: Dwelling Permits Highest Since July 2017
In September 2019 the dwelling permits were 40.100 units in France. This is 13,8% over the annual average and the highest since July 2017. In comparison to the last 10 years the highest value was 51.017 units in October 2011 and the lowest value was 21.490 units in March 2009. Compared to the year before, the value has decreased by -10,9% and compared to August, we have an increase of the value by 31,9%. Based on this data, the B+L forecast for the current year leads to a yearly decline of -5,2%.
